Shrek, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were all having lunch together.
Shrek said, "I have always thought that I'm the strongest man in the world, but how can I be sure?"
Angelina Jolie agreed, "I'm told I'm the most gorgeous of them all, but sometimes I wonder."
Brad Pitt said, "I'm pretty sure I'm the sexiest man alive but I've never had it confirmed."
They all decided that the best way to find out if their beliefs were true was to ask the famed talking 'mirror, mirror on the wall' to confirm for them whether Shrek was the strongest, Angelina Jolie was the most gorgeous and Brad Pitt was the sexiest.
They agreed to meet again the next day for lunch to discuss their findings.
The next day Shrek walked up with a smile. 'Well, true. The mirror told me that I am the strongest man in the world.'
Brad Pitt lifted his sexy face and said with a smile "well it is true I am the sexiest man in the world...
Angelina Jolie lifted her sad, gorgeous face and said, . . .

Who the Heck is Amy Jean Adams???

I just got that joke in an email and thought it was kind of fun. You can see why it doesn't bother me that Rob thinks Angelina is so hot. I had to make it say Amy Jean Adams so people couldn't say that it was Amy Adams the actress.

I just got a wheat grinder yesterday. We ground up some wheat and made whole wheat muffins. I wasn't feeling up to making bread. That isn't a good sign. Usually the only time I am up to doing something like that is when something is new like the grinder. Still it was fun.

I Was Tagged, Now You Are

Ok, if you see this blog you are supposed to go to your pictures file and look in the 4th folder, the 4th picture and post it. I promise that this was the picture that I came up with. It is from last years ward party not this one. The last few days Kait has been begging to be a ladybug for Halloween even though she was a ballerina fairy for this years ward party. I really don't know if she remembers that she was a ladybug last year or not but I guess she will be trick or treating as a ladybug again.

Gestational Tourettes

I have never really cussed in my life, not that cussing is overly offensive to me so long as it isn't demeaning a person or isn't too vulgar. I am fine with a person choosing to say that they stepped in dog crap or choosing to use a more descriptive way of explaining what they stepped in. Anyway, my last pregnancy I started randomly swearing. My husband likes to tell his friends that I started swearing like a banshee, but in reality I would yell "shit," while running to the stove to try to save our forgotten dinner before heading to Arby's. Once the baby died, hence my pregnancy, the swearing died too. So when I said "Oh hell" about something one week into this pregnancy Rob and I just looked at each other and giggled.
A lot of women like to figure out creative ways to inform their husbands that they are pregnant. I haven't decided if my next pregnancy, right after taking the pregnancy test, I am just going to let out a string of descriptive words from the bathroom or if I will just start randomly swearing again until Rob notices. I actually just found a web site that explains that, "Certain stressful processes during gestation or at the time of birth may increase the chance for a person to develop tourette syndrome". I can attest to both during gestation and the time of birth. I love the internet. I can justify anything I do with a few clicks of the mouse.

AHHHH TWINS!!

WE ARE HAVING TWINS!!!! I went to Costco and got me some blond rinse to bring out my highlights and pregnancy tests but all they had was twin packs on the pregnancy tests. I was annoyed then but now I am really glad. I took them both and they were BOTH positive. I wish they had boy\girl packs too, but I guess I'll have to wait until 20 weeks to find that out their sexes just like anyone else. It is so nice to know it's twins this early.

Already Sick

Well, I just took a pregnancy test and I am pregnant. I was only 2 days late and yet I was up for several hours last night unable to sleep, I was queasy through the night----well until I ate some banana bread at 4:00 a.m., and my stomach was a little sensitive 2 nights ago. Most woman do not get sick this early but I did with Hyrum, and didn't with the baby that died, and I was a lot sicker through the entire pregnancy with Hyrum then with the one that died so I SUPPOSE that I should be happy that I am all ready a little sick. Anyway, I am excited, I have been babysitting a 4 month old one day a week for a month or so and I was starting to get baby hungry though not pregnancy hungry. It is still too early to call and tell anyone yet so you blog readers could be the first to know.

Good day

It is a good day. Kait can finally pump herself on a swing which is nice because when I take my kids to the park, though I often get talked into it, I do not like to exert any effort in standing up and actually having to push my kids on the swings. I go to sit and talk to with which ever other mom I talked into going to the park with me.

Today, my husband is the best man in the world. Not that he has done anything different than normal just that I have started to see some things that I really need to improve on and man is he a patient man. I love him.

Cool, Rob just came home with another raise at work. Like I said, it is a good day.

Regional Stake Conference

So most of you are probably got to go to the big regional stake conferences that was telecasted to most of Utah county on Sunday. It was really good. Elder Jensen from the 70's spoke, then Pres. Monson's only daughter, then President Packer and then President Uchtdorf. Anyway, it was nice. Because it was being teleprompted to all most all stake centers, and because we were running a little behind, we just went to the big stake center that is at the end of our cul-de-sac even though it is in a different stake. They had opened up the stake Presidents office, the high council mans room and the Stake Presidents waiting area for children and had a T.V. in there. If was nice, but halfway through President Uchtdorfs talk, while I was grabbing Hyrum, Kaitlyn turned around on the couch she was on saw a fire alarm that said pull down and she pulled it. All of the lights in the building started flashing and speakers started saying "there is an emergency in the building, please use the closest exit," or something like that. The place was packed so I went out to make sure people new it was a false alarm while the clerk or someone frantically came running to try to find the key he needed to turn the thing off. Thanks goodness nobody knew us. We left after that.
Kaitlyn was petrified and ended up blaming me by saying that if I had of got us there on time we would have been in the big room with all of the people and she never would have seen that dumb fire alarm. It was rather embarrassing. She fell asleep in the car later that day and when I went to carry her into Grandma's house she kept mumbling in her sleep, "I didn't mean to do it, I didn't mean to pull it..." (Also you might not really want to mention this blog to her since I asked her if she wanted to tell Grandma and Grandpa about it while we were over there and she said, "No, it was much to scary." And then later asked me not to remind her of it,like I did at Grandma's and Grandpa's house, ever again).
