Poor sick girl

So most people know that Kaitlyn loves to read and reads a lot.  But her love for books may be going a little far.  She woke up in the night with Strep throat and this morning was crying because her throat hurt so badly so I decided to take her in to get an antibiotic for it. As we climbed into the car she said oh wait and hurried back inside and came back out with her book.  I said, "oh that is a good idea maybe I should run get mine".  She looked at me and said, " oh I don't think I will actually read at all I just feel better holding onto it".    I guess a book is a little easier to carry around then a security blanket.  😀
